Robert Moorefield
General Manager; Vice President of Operations
Coming to CJB Industries from AkzoNobel (Salisbury, NC-plant), Robby climbed aboard to lead the Cypress Street and Annex facilities in August 2017. Until joining CJB, his chemical career with AkzoNobel saw him grow from Process and Project Engineer to Production Manager. Robby holds a Chemical Engineering & Textile Chemistry degree from North Carolina State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest.


Garrett Rowe
Plant Manager – Gil Harbin
Garrett joined CJB industries as the Gil Harbin Plant Manager from Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe Inc. where he served as Plant Manager. Previously, Garrett served in various leadership roles across multiple industries, including owning and operating multiple businesses. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Valdosta State University.


Sims Turner
Vice President of Sales & Business Development
During his time at CJB, Sims has learned about both the packaging and manufacturing divisions, managing each before moving into sales and business development. His hands-on experience has given him valuable insight into CJB’s commitment to working with all customers and their product requirements. Sims graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.


Sedra Beckman
Health, Safety and Environmental Manager
Sedra found her career calling while serving in the U.S. Air Force as a generator mechanic and being placed in charge of safety for a 500-person squadron. She served in the Air Force for 10 years in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and Las Vegas, Nevada. After leaving the military, she worked as a safety officer for a Las Vegas electrical contractor on multiple casino/resort construction projects until 2009. She also worked as a safety specialist for the State of Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration before joining CJB Industries in 2011. Sedra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and a Professional Master of Occupational Safety and Health degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.


Karli Greene
Human Resource Manager
Karli has been with CJB industries since 2014, when she started working as an HR Intern. Upon receiving her degree from VSU, she joined CJB full-time as Human Resource Generalist. She is a member of SHRM and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Valdosta State University


Jordan LaCoste
Plant Manager - Cypress Street
Jordan LaCoste, our Cypress Street Plant Manager, came to us from Ascend Performance Materials in Pensacola, Florida, where he was the Nylon Pilot Plant Leader. He Holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Jordan is married to Bridget and has two daughters, Reagan and Kendall.


Krystal Cadle
Quality & Systems Manager
Krystal joined CJB Industries as a Lab Technician after earning her Ph.D. in genetics from Clemson University. Since then, she’s held roles as Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Systems Manager. Prior to earning her Ph.D., she earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of West Georgia.


Amanda Lupo
Sales & Operations Planning Manager
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Agriculture and Master of Agribusiness degrees from The University of Georgia. She joined CJB Applied Technologies in 2020 and has held roles as a Project Specialist and Operations Specialist. She’s become active with the Council of Producers & Distributors of Agrotechnology, joining members at DC Fly Ins and other industry events.
