Education Reimbursement
CJB Industries is a learning organization and believes in sustaining life-long learning. In addition, we encourage employees to pursue formal educational opportunities that enhance their knowledge and skills.
CJB offers an education benefit of up to $5,250 per 12-month period to full-time employees who have been employed by CJB for one year.

You may elect to participate in the CJB Retirement Savings Plan (“Plan”), commonly referred to as a 401(k) Plan, which allows employees to save for retirement on a tax-advantaged basis. Employees have the option to participate in Pre-Tax and/or Roth deferrals.

Parental/Family Leave
CJB is pleased to assist in welcoming new members to your family. The purpose of paid parental leave is to enable the employee to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted or newly placed child. This policy will run concurrently with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, as applicable.
Eyeglasses/Footwear Voucher
Once in a 12-month period, CJB provides a voucher for the purchase of work boots meeting certain specifications.
Prescription Safety Glasses may be supplied by CJB if you have a current prescription.
