About Us

The founder of CJB Industries, Clinton began his career in the chemical industry while still a student at Georgia Institute of Technology. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 1990, he began moving up the ranks of management positions at several chemical manufacturing companies, including National Starch and Chemical, where he was a plant manager, and Griffin LLC, where he was a contract sales executive. Since launching CJB Industries in 1997, Clinton has consistently grown the company through expansions and acquisitions, building it into one of the most-respected chemical services companies in its market space. An active member of professional organizations and in his community, he belongs to SOCMA, Chemical and Specialties Management Council, the Georgia Tech Alumni Association, Georgia Tech Lean Consortium Group, South Georgia Employer Committee, Workforce Investment Board, Georgia Tech MEP, Leadership Georgia, Leadership Lowndes, Vistage, Georgia Work Ready, Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce, and Toastmasters.

Jeana has been with CJB Industries since 1999, beginning by working part-time with accounting and human resources. As CJB has grown, so has her role. She has assisted with plant management, scheduling, inventory, and shipping and receiving. Her current focus is on Operations. Prior to CJB, she worked for Levi Strauss as an industrial engineer and as an assistant plant manager. Her community service commitments have included the City of Valdosta Board of Education, Wiregrass Foundation Board, the Christ Episcopal Church Finance Committee, Leadership Lowndes, Leadership Georgia and Georgia’s Workforce Development Board. Jeana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master’s of Business Administration from Valdosta State University.

Coming to CJB Industries from AkzoNobel (Salisbury, NC-plant), Robby climbed aboard to lead the Cypress Street and Annex facilities in August 2017. Until joining CJB, his chemical career with AkzoNobel saw him to grow from Process and Project engineer to Production Manager. Robby holds Chemical Engineering & Textile Chemistry degree from North Carolina State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest.

Garrett joined CJB industries as the Gil Harbin Plant Manager from Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe Inc. where he served as Plant Manager. Previously, Garrett has served in various leadership roles for the past 15 years across multiple industries, including owning and operating multiple businesses. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Valdosta State University.

Sims has been with CJB for over seven years.  During that time, Sims has moved through CJB, learning about both packaging and manufacturing departments from the ground up.  He became  a manager in each division before moving into sales.  His hands-on experience has given him valuable insight into CJB’s commitment to working with all customers and their product requirements.  Sims graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy.

Sedra found her career calling while serving in the U.S. Air Force as a generator mechanic and being placed in charge of safety for a 500-person squadron. She served in the Air Force for 10 years in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and Las Vegas, Nevada. After leaving the military, she worked as a safety officer for a Las Vegas electrical contractor on multiple casino/resort construction projects until 2009. She also worked as a safety specialist for the State of Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration before joining CJB Industries in 2011. Sedra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University.

Karli has been with CJB industries since 2014, when she started working as an HR Intern. Upon receiving her degree from VSU, she joined CJB full-time as Human Resource Generalist. She is a member of SHRM and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Valdosta State University

Randall has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, having worked at Ernst & Young LLP, Acuity Specialty Products, Gypsum Management & Supply, and Capitol Building Supply, Inc. He holds a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of Vistage Florida and AICPA and actively serves on the Board of Directors for Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce (Treasurer), Park Avenue United Methodist Church Preschool, Tennis Valdosta CTA and advisor to Girls On The Run of South Georgia.

Jordan LaCoste, our Cypress Street Plant Manager came to us from Ascend Performance Materials in Pensacola, Florida where he was the Nylon Pilot Plant Leader. He Holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Jordan is married to Bridget and has two daughters, Reagan and Kendall.
